Originally practicing in the Commercial Office market, Dave owned and operated Eagle Brokerage Company. His clients included, St. Paul Companies, National Endowment for Financial Education, American Family Insurance Company, Gold Fields Mining Company, Crum & Forster Insurance Company and many more. After years spent in a successful Commercial Real Estate career, Mr. Banzhaf transitioned to what he enjoys most, Farm & Ranch brokerage. Dave founded Beacon Mountain Farm & Ranch which specializes in representing high quality Farm & Ranch properties and buyers in the Great American West.

Growing up on a small farm in rural Kansas, Dave and his family raised horses and registered Hereford cattle. The work ethic he learned working on neighboring farms and hay crews taught him the value of a good days work. After completing a Business degree at the University of Kansas, Steamboat Springs, Colorado became home where Dave cultivated his great love for the outdoors by skiing, fishing, rock climbing and hunting. That life long passion that continually leads Dave to experience outdoor adventure is a common denominator he shares with many of his Ranch clients.

Bob Lord has been an active real estate agent for the last nineteen years. His vast experience at high-end golf course communities in recent years has included

Hassayampa Golf and Country Club in Prescott, Arizona; Glenwild Golf and Country Club in Park City, Utah; and Silverleaf Golf and Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Before joining Beacon Mountain Farm and Ranch, Bob has recently worked as an agent in shared Ranch communities.  These properties included Maribou inSteamboat Springs, Colorado; and Sandstone American Ranch in Castle Rock,Colorado.  Bob now enjoys specializing in Farm and Ranch properties throughout the entire Rocky Mountain Region. Prior to becoming involved in the real estate business, Bob was part owner of a lumber company in Southwestern Colorado, where flying the company airplane became his passion.  Although Bob no longer flies, he can’t resist looking skyward at the sound of an airplane. 

Bob loves spending time with his wife, his children, and his three grandchildren.  He also enjoys playing golf when he is not watching the Broncos or the Rockies.
