During that time, Dave has participated in a wide range of Real Estate transactions including the sale of office and industrial buildings, office and industrial leases and the sale of Ranch properties.

Originally practicing in the Commercial Office market, Dave owned and operated Eagle Brokerage Company. His clients included, St. Paul Companies, National Endowment for Financial Education, American Family Insurance Company, Gold Fields Mining Company, Crum & Forster Insurance Company and many more. After years spent in a successful Commercial Real Estate career, Mr. Banzhaf transitioned to what he enjoys most, Farm & Ranch brokerage. Dave founded Beacon Mountain Farm & Ranch which specializes in representing high quality Farm & Ranch properties and buyers in the Great American West.  Dave recently moved his practice to Mason & Morse Ranch Company.

Growing up on a small farm in rural Kansas, Dave and his family raised horses and registered Hereford cattle. The work ethic he learned working on neighboring farms and hay crews taught him the value of a good days work. After completing a Business degree at the University of Kansas, Steamboat Springs, Colorado became home where Dave cultivated his great love for the outdoors by skiing, fishing, rock climbing and hunting. That life long passion that continually leads Dave to experience outdoor adventure is a common denominator he shares with many of his Ranch clients.
